It is too hard to keep up with this blog anymore...so for now I'll just be posting pictures on Facebook. It takes forever to upload them here and a few clicks on Facebook. Maybe one day I'll continue this, but for now I just don't have the time! I uploaded some pictures a couple weeks ago and will hopefully have more to upload after Easter (if I get time before our trip).

Quick Update

It's been awhile (again) since I've done an update. I don't have any pics to post right now.

We moved three weeks ago and have been extremely busy with unpacking and everything else!

The day before we moved the kids' had their well-visit appointments.

Jayna's stats: 23.5 lbs, 32.75 inches
Jace: 22 lbs 4oz , 29.5 inches

Jace is quickly catching up to Jayna!!!! Both kids are doing well. Jayna's vocabulary is increasing daily and she is learning so much! Jace has the crawling down pat (he mostly army crawls though) and is cruising furniture like crazy! It won't be long before he is walking on his own!

I'll try to download pics when I find my cord for my camera and upload them sometime.

Christmas/New Year

It's been awhile since I've updated or posted any pictures. So here goes...

The kids had a great Christmas and received a TON of toys!! We just had Jayna's 2nd birthday party this past Saturday. I still can't believe she will be 2 on Wednesday. Her and daddy are planning on going to the mall to Build-a-Bear and then to ride the horses (there is a huge carousel in our mall). We are also starting to potty train. She started it on her own and we've been going with it. She is doing great...hopefully it won't be too long until we are out of diapers with her.

Jace is doing very well too! He has 6 teeth with some more ready to pop through any day now! He has been trying to crawl the real way but gets around in his own way (I'll have to get a video of it, it's hilarious) although he'd rather be standing. I don't think it will be long until he is cruising furniture and walking! I think he has officially out weighed his sister! He was 22 lbs the other day on our home scale...Jayna has yet to hit 22 lbs. on the same scale!

The kids are both doing well! Jace is growing like crazy still. He is up to about 19 lbs...so catching up to Jayna pretty quickly! We finally have two teeth as well. The first one popped through this past Tuesday and the second one on Friday! Here are some pictures from the past month or so!

We ran out real quick the other day and Jayna was crying for a drink...I didn't even have a bottle of water on me (which I usually carry one, but with a quick trip thought we'd be okay), so the only thing I had was Jace's bottle with water in it. It made her happy until we got home at least!

Halloween costumes....we are going to put Jayna's hair up (if she'll let us) and they each have matching bags for candy!

The past few weeks have been busy! We went over to Cocoa Beach the Sunday before Labor Day and stayed the night. Then we went to the zoo on Labor Day. Aunt Tracy then came to visit the following Thursday!

Both kids are doing well. Jayna is getting over a cold and Jace is growing like crazy. Jace found his feet a few weeks ago and has been playing with them all the time now. He is also eating baby food now and starting to drink from a sippy cup!

4 month check-up

We had Jace's 4-month well-visit appointment yesterday. His stats are:

Weight: 18lbs!!!!!!
Height: 26 3/4 inches!

He is one BIG boy! Jayna is at 22lbs. (fully clothed including diaper and shoes!)! He is already fitting into 12 month clothes (although 9 month still fit him for the most part...but not for long).

I have pictures to post from Labor Day weekend...will try to do that later. We headed over to Cocoa Beach Sunday afternoon and went to the beach and then went to the zoo on Monday! Jayna had a lot of fun feeding the birds, fish and a giraffe. She HATED the sand though and refused to walk.

I made the blog private a few days ago but don't have everyone's e-mail addresses to add to the list of those that can view it.
