Christmas Pics

Here are a bunch of Christmas pictures from this past weekend.

We went and saw Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus at the mall on Saturday. Jayna did not like Santa! This picture was snapped before she started crying.

On Sunday we went to Lights of Lakeland and Santa and Mrs. Claus were there too. Again, she wanted NOTHING to do with Santa. She had a death grip on Daddy and Mommy and refused to go.

Everything is going great here. Jayna is walking really well now and is becoming so independent.

Joshua and I are off to the doctor's next week for our gender ultrasound on Christmas Eve!! So should have more news to post by then, if the baby cooperates!

Jayna found this battery operated dachshund in the TV stand the other day. She was a bit scared of it!

I bought some mittens for Jayna from Target. She was not too happy with them on! She couldn't pull the DVD's off the shelf!

Update!

It's been awhile since I've updated, so thought I'd just do a quick one. I have a couple videos to post, but I'll try and do them later as one is long and will take awhile to upload. Here are a few pictures from Halloween...I know a little late, but they are too cute not to post!

Jayna is doing great! She is walking a lot more now and getting better at it day-by-day. We are currently teething molars! The first 8 teeth weren't bad at all, but these molars are a major pain. Nothing is touching the pain, so we finally had to go get some Wild Turkey to put on her gums. That does the trick. Hopefully they'll come through soon... Jayna has waved bye-bye for a long time, but only did it occasionally. She has started to wave bye-bye whenever you say it as well as say bye (it is more like 'bah'). She also started clapping to music at church on Sunday, it was soo cute!

I had a doctor's appointment a few weeks ago and the baby is doing great! It was moving around quite a bit. I'll have to scan the ultrasound pictures and post them. They aren't very clear since the baby was moving so much though. I was measuring a few days ahead, so they moved my due date to May 13. So we are probably looking at the end of April! My next appointment is next week and we get to hear the heartbeat!

Just a busy time of year, so I'll try to update when I can. Next week we are off camping for Thanksgiving with Nana and Papa!

Jayna Walking!!!

Alright, here are the walking videos!! Jayna let loose today and has started to just walk around the house by herself. She will take about 5-6 steps and eventually fall down, but it won't be too long before she is really walking! Sorry that they are so dark. I'll try and get some more in the next couple of days!

9-Month Appointment!

Jayna had her 9-month appointment today. She weighed in at 17 lbs. 9oz. and she was 28 1/2 inches long! She is definitely growing! She had two shots, the last Hep B one and then the flu vaccine. We go back in 4 weeks for the second flu shot.

Pregnancy Pics!

Okay, here are the first pictures I have taken with this pregnancy. We were leaving church today and I was told that I am really starting to pooch!! I expected it to happen sooner but not this soon. I knew I was growing some as I have already had to go shopping for maternity jeans and tops for church. Here is a comparison of my pregnancy with Jayna and then today.

Cruise!!

Joshua and I are back from our cruise! Jayna did very well and had a great time with Nana and Papa and Grammy and Grandpa!!! I am so glad they were here to take care of her so Joshua and I could get away. I did miss her like crazy though. When we opened up the back door to see her, she just looked at us like 'who in the world?' and then got this huge smile on her face and got very excited!!!

Another picture of CocoCay. That was where we went snorkeling. The water was a little rough from hurricane Ike, but you could see some stuff. We even had a few stingrays pass within a few feet of us. I'll post pictures of that once I get the underwater camera developed!
