New Date!

Just another quick update:

Well dates have changed for my scheduled c-section. My doctor is going to be out of town on April 30th and May 1st, so the new date is May 5th...Cinco de Mayo!!!! Jace is still doing great, but we'll see if he decides to wait that long! We had another ultrasound today and he was weighing in at 6lbs 1oz., so he will definitely be bigger than Jayna was once he is born!

Jayna is still doing well and is getting to be such a big girl. We converted her crib into a toddler bed (until her toddler bed arrived) a few weeks ago. It finally did arrive and she has been sleeping in it quite well at night and some for naps! She's been loving the swimming pool (when it's warm enough to get in it) and playing outside on the patio. She loves to play with chalk and bubbles now! I'll have to post some new pictures sometime.

3D/4D

We had our second 3D/4D ultrasound yesterday! Jace slept most of the time, but gave us some good shots. He had his hands and feet up next to his face almost the entire time! We saw that he has hair too (none of the pictures below show it) and we are pretty sure he has Joshua's dimple in the chin! He has the same chubby cheeks as Jayna did as well! Here are some pics!

Baby Shower and Swimming

We had our baby shower this past Sunday and it was a lot of fun!! We are still busy preparing for Jace to come with remodeling rooms and washing all the baby gear from Jayna. Jayna loves the new stroller and climbs in and out of it constantly! She also loves to get in her old swing and bouncy seat...so we'll see if she let's Jace use it once he gets here!

We finally made it back into the pool for the first time this year!! It's been so cold that it hasn't been warm enough yet (which is rare). The water temp was still a bit chilly, but Jayna didn't mind at all!! She was having a ball splashing and playing in the water. It should be a lot warmer by the end of the week and we'll be able to go in it more!

The weather has been beautiful here. Grammy and I took Jayna to the 'big park' today. She loves to go on the swings!!! Here are some pictures and a video.

Quick Update

Just thought I'd post a quick update. I'll try and get some pics uploaded later.

Jayna is doing well. We are fighting yet another cold. It's just going around and everyone in the house has had it. She is growing like a weed and is such a big girl now. She loves to help out with the dishes and laundry as well as giving the dogs their treats when they come in from outside.

Joshua and I went on a little vacation this past weekend over to Orlando. One last getaway before Jace gets here! Jayna stayed with Grammy and Grandpa a couple of nights and then Nana, Papa, and Grandma for a night. We had a good time and it was nice to get away for a few days.

Jace is doing well. I am up to 2 weeks appointments with weekly appointments probably starting in about 3 weeks at 32 weeks. I'll also start NST's then and probably BPP's. We have our second 3D/4D ultrasound on March 21st!! It should be interesting to see how much Jace has grown. We are also having a little mini-shower on the 8th. Nothing too big, we are just going out to eat with family and friends. Only 9 weeks left and Jace will be here!!!!

I think that is about all that is going on here for now. I'll try and update with pics sometime later.

Little Diva

Here are a couple pictures from today...the second one is hilarious! She just sat forward and puckered her lips up like she was going to kiss something!

We are really into necklaces and purses (if you can't tell). She always seems to have a necklace on and is carrying one of her many purses around (of course stuffed full with random things!).
